* No hosted parties for overnight guests. Please see www.RestoringOrder.com/events to schedule your meeting or special event. ($1000 fine and cleaning fee, and immediate dismissal for violations)

- Any damage to the property, home or amenities will be charged to your credit card, including missing items.
- No smoking or illegal substances on property premises whatsoever. (Fine of $1000 for violation.)
- No shoes.
- No moving of any furniture.
- No open flame (no candles, etc).
- Turn off fireplace when not in use.
- Lock up house upon leaving.
- No suitcases on beds and furniture. Use suitcase racks.
- Respect our home.
