About a dozen resident deer may be grazing out in the field as you relax on one of two beautiful decks - one with an inviting patio set for 12 and a outdoor propane firepit, and the other with a charming French bistro set and rocking chairs.
Take time for a stroll around the property or enjoy a picnic or yard games on the north or south lawn (picnic supplies and games provided)!

The spacious great room (seats 12 comfortably) is anchored by a stately gas fireplace – flanked by two rocking chairs - bringing warmth and ambiance to the space appointed with French bergère chairs, comfortable leather couches, and seasonal blankets and pillows. The great room is flooded with natural light from wall to wall windows featuring lovely country views.

The expansive and well-stocked kitchen with all new appliances features 8 leather stools, plenty of cooking, prep, and serving space.
The kitchen features double ovens, a microwave, a toaster, a Keurig and provided coffee, a full set of dishes and silverware for 16, and so much more!
Adjoining the kitchen is the wide-planked dining table seating another 8 people family-style or providing a surface for your buffet-style events.

Relax into the 5 serene guestrooms, each appointed with luxury sheets and bedding, delightful mattresses and fresh comfy pillows. Enjoy extra quilts, suitcase racks, wooden closet hangers, towel hooks, privacy locks, and seating in each room. The 2 primary bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms, making them a suite, and these two guest suites share the back deck.
The 3 full bathrooms are appointed with ample fluffy white towels, makeup cloths, full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus extras like cotton balls and swabs.
Retreat & relax in our library for private meetings or guest space...
The library serves as the 5th guestroom with a fold out memory foam leather hide-a-bed and luxury bedding plus a closet wardrobe OR the library can serve as a hosting and gathering space for work space or private meetings.
